Position Summary The Cleaner / Property Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation throughout residential and commercial properties managed by Briardale Property Group in Moncton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain apartment units, common areas, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other property areas.
- Complete move-out and turnover cleaning to prepare units for new tenants.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, windows, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Remove garbage and debris from designated areas.
- Clean and maintain building entrances, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
- Assist with preparing properties for inspections, showings, and current tenant occupancy.
- Report maintenance issues, property damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to management.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with tenants.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within established timelines.
- Take before-and-after photos when requested by management.
- Perform other cleaning and property-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications




- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to work in both occupied and vacant rental properties.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work in various residential and commercial property environments.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
