University Degree or College Diploma in a technical field; Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a union environment Positive background in Continuous Improvement projects, scheduling, process support Background in injection molding preferred Management of a site with 50+ employees and three-shift / continuous operations environment Leader with people management skills who is positive and leads by example to motivate others to achieve specific organizational goals Plan, direct and control the activities of the operation to accomplish the budgeted financial objectives Monitor and control all programs and activities related to the safety and well-being of the entire workforce Ensure the company is in compliance with government and regulatory requirements Ensure the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Systems are fully adhered to Support Controller to maintain ERP (Sage + Mysis) data integrity Provide guidance and direction to all functional areas Manage the necessary resources to achieve annual budgets Manage headcount in line with revenue and take appropriate actions to flex cost to revenue
