- Maintain floor presence during peak hours — greet members by name
- Book each member's next visit before they leave, every time
- Flag at-risk members (2+ missed expected visits) and re-engage them
- Run member feedback and NPS surveys
- Enforce the no-show/late-cancel policy with consistency and tact

Marketing

- Own email marketing and newsletters
- Build local partnerships that generate leads
- Run the marketing side of in-studio events and open houses

Systems

- Pull sales and retention reports from Momence
- Own Momence configuration: features, settings, and schedule setup

What Success Looks Like

- Monthly membership sales vs. goal




- Intro-to-member conversion rate
- Member retention / churn rate
- At-risk member save rate
- Referral program participation

Who You Are

- 3+ years in sales, ideally boutique fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business
- Comfortable making daily outbound calls and texts — follow-up is your default, not a chore
- Warm and personable on the floor; you remember names and build relationships
- Organized and data-driven: you live in your pipeline and know your numbers
- Experience with studio management software (Momence a plus)
- Available during peak studio hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Fully bilingual
