InTrench Canada is seeking a Toronto-based Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations focused on high-voltage energy solutions. Bring your expertise in Lean practices and production management to this full time position. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a proven ability to deliver customized, high-quality products on time and on budget.

You will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage all production operations effectively
- Oversee execution of daily production schedules
- Monitor KPIs for performance analysis and corrective actions




- Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Support workforce planning and maintain union relations Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations leadership
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Familiarity with relevant ISO and OHSA regulations
