Your responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and maintaining communication with the kitchen for special requests. A high standard of personal hygiene and knowledge of the local area and menu will help you excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Communicate bookings and requests to the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure proper cash handling and phone etiquette

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficient knowledge of food and wine preferred
