What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Team Members & Shift Leaders who have food service experience, available to work evenings and late night closing shifts (weekdays & weekends).

What You’ll Do

- Food & Treat Preparation: Assemble food items including soft-serve ice cream treats, beverages, burgers, fries, chicken strips.
- Order Taking & Cash Handling: Take orders, handle cash and digital transactions, process payments, and ensure precise change calculation.
- Customer Care: Greet guests warmly, accurately take orders, answer menu questions, and handle requests to ensure an exceptional experience with exceptional customer service.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain clean workstations, kitchen equipment, and customer areas following strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Speed of Service: Manage time effectively during peak rush hours to keep wait times low.
- Teamwork: Assist fellow crew members across kitchen, treats,



and front-counter stations to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of fast-food experience required.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Cash Handling: Basic math competency for accurate cash handling.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of standard food handling protocols and health guidelines.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic, ability to multitask in a high-energy environment, exceptional time management, and a guest-focused attitude, excellent customer service skills.
