We are seeking a dynamic and organized Retail Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant retail team. We are a fun fast paced dance boutique that specializes in dancewear and accessories. Responsibilities

- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers through excellent customer service and efficient cash handling.
- Assist in training, and supervising retail staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
- Performing all duties of a Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
- Coordinate purchasing and ensure optimal inventory levels and timely reordering.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns,



and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implement marketing initiatives within the store to promote products and increase foot traffic through effective communication skills.
- Lead by example in supervising cash handling procedures, store cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies.
- Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while coordinating multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of boutique operations.
