- Coordinate purchasing and pricing activities to optimize product availability and profitability
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy

- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities highly valued




- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing staff members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing techniques, and sales management principles

- Proficiency in time management, administrative tasks, and financial oversight including budgeting
