Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient sales processes, and adherence to company policies
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential
- Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to meet sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop team members through effective onboarding and ongoing coaching
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and manage budgeting activities to optimize store profitability
- Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining organized displays, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and motivate staff toward shared success

Qualifications





- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions and vendor relationships
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, and bookkeeping is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in pricing, stock control, and administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques to enhance store visibility and engagement
