We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team.

The Store

Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store. Lead the store team in consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience Drive sales performance and achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators Coach, develop,



and maximize the performance of all associates Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across the store team Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, and create effective action plans Ensure associates receive ongoing training, coaching, and development Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee merchandise flow and inventory management Manage controllable expenses and support overall store profitability Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail setting Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Fox Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and we encourage applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
