RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week

Schedule: Day shifts, including Saturdays

Start Date: As soon as possible

Maxim Medical Supplies is looking for a friendly, dependable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a position where they can make a difference. You will help customers find the right home medical supplies and equipment while providing knowledgeable and caring service.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and help them find what they need
- Learn about our products and provide helpful recommendations
- Process sales, rentals and payments
- Use our computerized inventory and ordering systems
- Prepare sales and rental paperwork
- Keep product displays organized and well stocked
- Maintain accurate records
- Work with our team to provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience




- Friendly and comfortable working with customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive computer skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, dependable and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Valid driver's licence
- Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- English language skills
- Criminal record check required
