Position : Retail store supervisor Salary : $28.50 hourly / 40 hours per week Permanent employment, Full time The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.). The candidate must assign duties to sales workers. The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints,



and supply shortages. The candidate must organize and keep inventory.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration. The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews. The candidate will be responsible for supervising office and volunteer staff.

The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation. The candidate should be organized and versatile in nature. The candidate must work in the retail industry.

Computer and technology knowledge ~ The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook. The candidate must be knowledgeable about retail stores.
