This role reports directly to the Executive Director/General Manager and involves managing the full sales cycle, from inquiries and tours to closing deals.

You will conduct personalized residence tours and maintain an accurate CRM for tracking leads and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive occupancy, move-ins, and revenue targets

Requirements:

- Over 2 years in consultative or relationship-based sales
- Experience in retirement living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
- Business or marketing education is a plus
