Job Summary: The Staff Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of employee housing, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The role also involves supporting positive employee relations by addressing housing-related concerns and ensuring a safe, well-maintained and respectful living environment for all staff.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead and oversee the Staff Housing team, including Staff Housing Coordinators, Supervisors, Housekeepers and Maintenance employees, ensuring clear direction, effective communication and consistent service delivery
- Manage leases, rent collection and payroll deductions
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, financial transactions and other relevant data
- Assigning housing units and track occupancy
- Create and maintain housing contracts
- Track housing budgets and report on costs
- Oversee employee arrivals, departures and housing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities; ensuring properties and well-maintained and compliant
- Enforce policies and procedures and resolve employee housing issues
- Work with HR,



Payroll and Operations to align housing with staffing
- Collaborate with HR on various aspects of staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and ensure a positive employee housing experience
- Ensure OH&S; safety standards and housing compliance and legal requirements related to housing
- Plan future housing needs and improvement

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
