Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

RPA Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and technical RPA development teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of RPA solutions.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience as a

Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst

, preferably with RPA projects.

- Strong understanding of

RPA concepts, automation workflows, and process analysis

.

- Experience working with RPA platforms such as

UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism

, or similar.





- Robust requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience creating

BRD, FRD, PDD, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria

.

- Knowledge of

Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with

UAT planning, test cases, defect tracking, and implementation support

.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with

JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools
