The role ensures platform stability, bot availability, security compliance, and efficient automation operations across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration & SupportAdminister and support UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Robot Machines, Automation Hub, and Insights.Manage WorkFusion Control Tower, Digital Workers (Bots), Intelligent Automation, and OCR components.Provide L2/L3 support for production and non-production environments.Troubleshoot platform issues, bot failures, scheduling errors, and infrastructure-related incidents.Ensure platform availability and operational health across all environments.Manage bot deployments across DEV, UAT/PAT, and PROD environments.Configure and maintain bot schedules, queues, triggers, and workloads.Monitor unattended and attended bot execution.Support release management, version control, rollback, and deployment validation activities.Coordinate production releases and maintenance windows.Monitoring & Incident ManagementMonitor bot performance, platform availability, queues, and processing volumes.Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues within SLA targets.Support major incidents, outage management, and bridge calls.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.Create dashboards and reports for operational monitoring.Manage RBAC roles, user provisioning, and Active Directory/SSOAdminister credential stores including CyberArk, Azure Key Vault, and UiPath Orchestrator Assets.Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and audit requirements.Support vulnerability remediation and security patch implementation.Perform platform patching, upgrades, and configuration management.Support migration and upgrade projects for UiPath and WorkFusion components.Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures.Performance OptimizationMonitor bot utilization, queue performance, and platform resource consumption.Analyze logs, alerts,

and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
