RQ11339 - Software Developer - Senior Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN) – Justice Technology Services

Location: Toronto, ON | Onsite: 5 days/week

Contract: 253 Business Days Project Overview

SOLGEN is developing an integrated Risk Assessment Platform connecting LSI-OR, RASO (Static-99R/Stable 2007), and ODARA with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS).

Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications.

- Develop integrations and APIs with OTIS and other systems.
- Build solutions using Azure, .NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop Azure Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and manage Azure SQL/SQL Server databases.
- Troubleshoot, perform code reviews, testing, and production support.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and maintain technical documentation.



Must Have - 10+ years of software development experience.
- 10+ years with Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- 5+ years of database development with Azure SQL/SQL Server.
- Experience with DevOps/CI/CD and full SDLC.
- Robust knowledge of security, accessibility, and enterprise development standards. Nice to Have - Ontario Public Service / Government enterprise experience.
- Experience with Azure cloud architecture, Angular/VueJS, WCF/WPF, SOAP, or TFS.

Work Arrangement: Toronto, ON – onsite 5 days/week.
