Role: SailPoint Advisory Consultant

Location: Canada / Remote

This position is a part of our Professional Services team and is responsible for advising customers and implementation partners on the overall identity security programme for successful project implementation.

Guiding the project implementation team to stay on the recommended implementation path.

Responsibilities:

- As a trusted advisor, provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program
- Perform assessment on customer’s current identity landscape and build out their future identity roadmap
- Build out customers’ identity role-based access control and application onboarding programme
- Ensure SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project delivery
- Advise and provide direction to junior resources on the project implementation
- Provide pros & cons to customers for building custom tools to meet their unique & complex business goals
- Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners
- Work with other advisory services leads and programme managers and provide recommendations on any changes needed for the programme.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to understand the product roadmap and product limitations and advise strategic direction to the customers
- Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps
- Recommend areas where SaaS product consumption can be improved
- Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any)




- Manage project scheduling, budgeting, risk, and weekly status (optional)
- Solve complex problems using the product's extensibility platforms (hands-on implementation)

Must Have:-

- IAM / IGA Experience
- SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- RBAC Design & Governance
- Identity Provisioning
- Customer Consulting / Advisory Experience
- APIs & Application Onboarding
- Directory Services (AD/LDAP)

Requirements:

- Experience in a technical consulting role
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to perform identity security programme assessments and provide a road map
- Experience with any identity provisioning and governance products is required
- Experience with networking, directory servers, and databases is required
- Experience with Azure and AWS is a plus
- Experience with web-based APIs is required
- Experience with object-orientated programming is nice to have
- Strong organisational, leadership and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plus
- Experience with scripting framework (Angular, TypeJS, etc.)
- Experience with data science & machine learning language models is a plus

Education:

- Engineering background or solid consulting background in the identity and access management space
- CISSP, CCSP, or CISM is a plus
