A typical day:

- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Support the outside sales team with order updates, shipping information, and customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service by phone and email
- Direct incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate sales representatives




- Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed

Successful candidates will have:

- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills by phone and email
- Manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications confidently and efficiently
- Leverage ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP, as a strong asset

Total rewards: $45000.00 - $50000.00 annually
