Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Use strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, recent products, and store policies
- In addition to assisting customers in the shop you will be responsible for filling online orders

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic math for cash handling and POS transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
