Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria is seeking an energetic, reliable, and organized Lot Attendant to be the pillar of support for our dealership. As a Lot Attendant, you’ll be an important part of our dealership and a key support to our Sales team. You’ll help keep our vehicles organized, clean, and ready for customers while making sure our lot and dealership always look presentable.

You’ll take pride in delivering an excellent experience, being detail oriented, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. 19.00 per hour.

This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership. Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of all vehicle inventory,



including exterior washing and interior cleaning Ensure vehicles are displayed in a way that creates a positive first impression for customers Maneuver, arrange, and relocate inventory and guest vehicles with care Capture clear, appealing photos of pre-owned vehicle inventory and assist with posting them online Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat.
