Experience successfully working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally within retail or hospitality, with a keen eye for detail in selling and delivering tailored experiences. A merchant mindset, both customer-focused and commercially driven Physical Workplace: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs.
