Summary The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Toronto Premium Outlet store. The role drives sales through product expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs. Welcome clients, provide styling guidance and product knowledge, and support an elevated client journey. Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries. Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.

Experience generating sales and developing client relationships. Robust communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills. Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
