As a Product Specialist you will be the face of our dealership – guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey with confidence, product knowledge, and a customer -first approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about automotive. Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner. Deliver product presentations and test drives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Follow up on leads through phone, email and customer retention management system (CRM). Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to close deals efficiently. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
