The Opportunity

As an Independent Sales Contractor, you'll provide business-development and lead-generation services to Island Storm Marketing.

We can provide you with a list of prospective businesses to help you get started, and you are also welcome to identify and develop your own prospects.

Your goal is simple: start conversations with businesses, identify potential marketing needs, and connect interested prospects with the Island Storm team.

You operate independently and determine your own schedule, hours, location, and level of activity.

There are no fixed shifts or minimum hours.

What You May Do

Your sales and prospecting activities may include:

- Contacting prospective businesses;
- Cold calling business owners and decision-makers;
- Sending professional business outreach;
- Researching potential clients;
- Identifying businesses that may need websites, social media, content,



branding, or other marketing support;
- Introducing businesses to Island Storm Marketing;
- Following up with interested prospects;
- Arranging consultations with the Island Storm team; and
- Keeping sufficient records of your leads for commission attribution.

Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Contractors receive a percentage based commission of qualifying new-client revenue actually received by Island Storm from clients generated through their outreach.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 20.0 per week
