As a Sales Coordinator at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you will be responsible for sales lead inquiries, coordination of site inspections and sales VIP stays, and other administrative duties.

Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, filtering, and sorting information. Maintain all sales files according to established procedures and standards.



Complete assigned sales administrative duties and tasks.

Support on special projects assigned to the Commercial Team. Greet sales clients and provide tours if necessary. Previous secretarial, hotel and/or related experience required. Knowledge of Sales and/or Catering functions preferred.

Proficient in computer usage inclusive of software such as Microsoft Office Applications. Solid communicator and fluent in English (written, spoken and reading).
