Freelance Sales Director role at Mondzo Technological Services Inc., a Montreal bilingual web and AI studio.
This role is 100% remote. Applicants must be located in Canada. There is no office to report to; Mondzo hires this freelancer as a telecommute engagement.
Compensation is commission only — paid on closed studio work. There is no hourly or salary base.
You will own pipeline for Québec and Canada: discovery calls, proposals, retainers, and closing custom web, commerce, and private AI work. You sell the studio — not a SaaS seat.
Required experience: a track record of closed deals with average contract value you can name; comfort selling bilingual EN/FR services; ability to run discovery and write proposals without a sales-ops team behind you.
