We take pride in offering friendly, dependable service and expert advice to fellow enthusiasts. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the full sales cycle—from greeting them on the showroom floor to demonstrating vehicle features, coordinating financing, and closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Selling: Greet customers warmly, assess their lifestyle and riding needs, and recommend the right new or used machines (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles).
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase vehicle features, technology, and specifications with enthusiasm and deep product knowledge.
- Test Drives & Walkarounds: Conduct safe, informative test drives and walkarounds.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and manage inquiries using our dealership CRM software.
- Paperwork & Delivery: Accurately complete sales documentation, coordinate with the finance and service departments,



and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
- Showroom Upkeep: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully merchandised.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, or high-end retail) is a strong asset.
- Passion: A genuine love for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and the powersports lifestyle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills with a comfortable, professional approach to handling objections.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, and email follow-up tools.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract; ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
