Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Please note: Previous sales experience, a valid driver’s licence, and access to your own vehicle are required for this position.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, organized, and comfortable building relationships with clients. You will work with homeowners, designers, builders, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals to introduce products, follow up on opportunities, and develop long-term client relationships.

Experience in tile, flooring, stone, interior design, construction, building materials, or a related industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist clients with product selection and provide skilled product knowledge
- Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, and active projects
- Develop new business through outreach and relationship building
- Visit clients, project sites, design firms, builders, and industry partners when required
- Prepare quotations and manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through closing
- Maintain organized client and project information in the CRM




- Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and industry events

Requirements - Previous sales experience is required

- Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are required

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time
- Experience in tile, flooring, stone, construction, interior design, or building materials is an asset
- CRM experience is an asset

We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, takes initiative, and is interested in building long-term relationships within Toronto’s design and construction industry. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
