Overview: This Sales Representative position is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships with insurance brokerages across the Lower Mainland. This position requires a proactive, in-person approach: visiting brokerage offices, connecting with branch and home insurance managers, and clearly communicating how Kennen Restoration supports their clients when water, mould, or fire damage occurs. The ideal candidate is confident starting conversations with strangers, persistent in following up, and organized enough to track every contact and visit. A background in sales is helpful but not required; training and materials are provided.

Cantonese and Mandarin Proficiency Preferred

Duties:

- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services to build relations with brokers, enhancing the overall value for customers.
- Process restoration call requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their needs.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing online sales performance.




- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Skills:

- Strong verbal communication: able to introduce yourself and hold a conversation with a manager you've never met
- Comfortable with in-person, face-to-face outreach and walk-in visits
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships
- Persistence and self-motivation: able to keep working a territory without daily supervision
- Organized note-taking and follow-up; comfortable logging contacts and visit details
- Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset for communicating with a diverse client base
- Semi-Formal appearance and conduct when representing the company
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Sales experience is an asset but not required — training and materials provided
