Responsiblefor the sale or lease of recent or pre-owned vehicles. Responsiblefor maintaining the customer databases including owner follow-up, unsoldcustomers and confirmation of delivery dates and times. Maintains filesfor all sold and unsold customers including detailed notes entered in ourCRM software program and future follow up set.

Ensureall customer communication is CASL compliant. Understand aftermarket products such as warranties, chemical applications,finance plans and accessories. Attendsand actively participates in meeting and training courses.
