Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst Onyx Technologies is a Montreal-based real estate CRM built on Salesforce. We help real estate organizations run smoother operations by connecting teams, workflows, and data in one place. As we grow, we're investing in strong CRM foundations: clean data models, maintainable automation, thoughtful integrations, and clear documentation.

You've owned Salesforce admin and business-analysis work end to end: discovery, solution design, build, testing, rollout, and iteration.

You care about maintainability: you don't just make it work, you improve how it works over time. You're a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, write clear documentation, and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Perform impact analysis on new requests: identify downstream effects on automation, security, the data model, and integrations. Configure and enhance Salesforce using best-practice patterns (Flows,



page layouts, record types, permission sets). Support platform health by monitoring errors, investigating incidents, and coordinating fixes.

Create and maintain clear documentation across the data model, key objects, user personas, and core processes. Improve data integrity through validation strategies, deduplication, and practical governance. 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem in an admin / consultant / BA role with hands-on delivery responsibility. ~ Solid Salesforce administration skills: security model, Flows, data management, and configuration best practices. ~ Salesforce certifications, experience with DevOps/release tooling (Copado, Gearset), exposure to Apex, and familiarity with real estate operations workflows. Work from our Montreal office as much or as little as you like.
