Role Description:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements,



as-is and future state business processes and pain points.
- Conduct workshops, interviews and requirement gathering and refinement sessions with Product

Owners and relevant stakeholders, including architects and technical leads.
- Identify and propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions for business needs and, where gaps exist, collaborate with technical and UX teams to recommend suitable custom solutions.
- Prepare and present materials for design authority reviews of problem statements and proposed solution options.
- Perform proof-of-concept activities and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes,

configurations and data, and present recommendations to Product Owners.
- Create functional artifacts such as refined epics, user stories ready for development, and functional documentation.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and lead refinement sessions.
- Support QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases against business needs, and assisting in defect triage and resolution.

Required Skills

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce,



delivering business and technology outcomes in enterprise environments.
- Experience in the financial services industry with an understanding of relevant business processes and regulatory considerations.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated, enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle, and financial compliance.
- Robust experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking
- systems and data lakes

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
