We’re growing our team and looking for a reliable, hardworking and outgoing Salon Coordinator / Assistant to become an important part of the day-to-day operation of our salon.

This is more than a front desk position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being involved, notices what needs to be done and takes initiative to keep the salon running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our stylists throughout the day while also helping create a welcoming, organized experience for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day will be a mix of client care, salon support and keeping everything running behind the scenes, including:

- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Booking, confirming and managing appointments
- Shampooing and preparing clients for their stylists
- Assisting stylists throughout services when needed
- Keeping the salon clean, organized and stocked
- Sweeping, laundry, dishes and general salon upkeep
- Maintaining the colour area and back room
- Helping with inventory and retail displays
- Supporting the overall flow of the salon
- Occasionally helping with social media or salon content, if that's something you enjoy

Schedule & Pay

Starting wage: $18/hour

Typical working hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the regular schedule consisting of:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Plus alternating Mondays and Thursdays every other week.

Hours may vary based on salon bookings and business needs. Some shifts may be shortened or adjusted depending on the appointment schedule. Flexibility is significant for this position.
