We’re hiring a Salon Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming client experience. If you’re a robust communicator, enjoy solving problems, and work well in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome clients and help them feel comfortable
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Make outbound calls to support bookings and follow up with clients
- Help clients explore services and find options that suit their needs
- Keep the front desk organized and support the team throughout the day
- Handle questions and unexpected situations with patience and care

What we’re looking for:

- Customer service experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfort managing a busy phone line and making outbound calls
- Confidence recommending services and booking appointments
- A positive attitude and a thoughtful approach to problem solving
- Salon experience is a plus
