Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP Integration Expertise

- 6+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP-IS/CPI).
- Strong experience in:
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- API Management
- Integration Advisor
- Open Connectors
- Event Mesh (preferred)
- Expertise in integration patterns, message mappings, routing, exception handling, and transformation techniques.

Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- OData Services
- IDocs
- RFC/BAPI
- XML, JSON, XSLT
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration architecture.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform services.

Industry Experience

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Wholesale Distribution, or other highly regulated industries.
- Understanding of:
- Drug distribution processes
- Supply chain and warehouse operations
- Serialization and track-and-trace concepts
- Regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, GxP,



Good Distribution Practices)
- Quality and validation processes

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP BTP Integration Suite Certification.
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh and API-led integration architecture.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data integration.
- Exposure to SAP ATTP, EWM, TM, IBP, or other supply chain modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration testing frameworks.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
- Experience collaborating with global teams across business and IT functions.

Nice-to-Have

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Pharmaceutical distribution, cold-chain logistics, or life sciences domain expertise.
- Experience with validation documentation and compliance-focused projects.
