We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives involving SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality teams, and IT teams to deliver effective SAP solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality. Gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes. Design and configure SAP PP and SAP QM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Support SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs. Conduct process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.

Production

Planning (PP) Demand Management Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Production Orders Capacity Planning Shop Floor Control Quality Planning Quality Inspection Quality Notifications Audit Management Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO teams. Prepare functional specifications and support development activities. Execute testing activities including SIT and UAT.

Provide production support and incident resolution.



Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Maintain project and solution documentation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field. ~5+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience. ~ Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP and QM. ~ Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle. ~ Robust understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. ~ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience.

Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing concepts. SAP PP and/or QM certification.

Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Industrial sectors. SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Process Manufacturing, Functional Design, Testing, Business Process Analysis.
