Dior is part of the LVMH Group. This is a Seasonal contract position from October 27th - December 31st 2025. Candidates must have full availability for the duration of the contract.

The Seasonal Beauty

Consultant is the Dior Ambassador and promotes with passion the Dior Maison and Values. As a member of the Dior team, the Beauty Consultant always demonstrates the highest level of Dior hospitality. Achieving defined sales and client development targets while promoting brand image and desirability.

Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping Provide consultation to customers for selection ofprestige fragrance. Answer and respond to customer requests regarding Dior and its product lines, namely fragrance. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including makeup, fragrance and skincare.

Offer a global fashion beauty approach.



Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis. Develop enduring relationships with existing clients in store and remotely Learn and leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to register client data, drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions Achieve defined goals within all CRM activities, client recruitment, development, outreach and sales.

BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS Play an active role in maintaining an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment. Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.

Preferably a previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury (1-2 years / to be adapted locally) Proven track record in excelling retail results & of working within a luxury retail setting Good writing and communication skills LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $25-$30 per hour.
