Maintenance is seeking experienced Seasonal Operators to join its dedicated team. You will focus on ensuring secure travel by efficiently operating heavy equipment for snow removal and other essential road maintenance tasks.

Your role will involve both collaboration with team members and adherence to safety and production standards while maintaining equipment and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment safely in challenging weather conditions
- Clear snow and ice to maintain road safety
- Report daily work progress to the Supervisor
- Maintain equipment and complete maintenance logs
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of road maintenance or construction experience
- Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license required
- Experience in snow removal is an asset
- Knowledge of road construction materials and processes
- Able to manage electronic reporting
