Create and run reports for stock leveling, returns, and data integrity to ensure accurate and timely business insights.

Maintain and validate data accuracy within reporting systems to support reliable decision-making. Provide data-driven input on pricing changes to support strategic decision-making and market responsiveness. Complete surplus return documentation and coordinate store execution to optimize inventory utilization.

Oversee return closeouts, including AR documentation and inventory removal, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Develop and submit larger top-up, seasonal,



or container load orders for review by the Inventory Manager to meet demand effectively. Contribute to special projects such as product changeovers, cross-referencing, and strategic sourcing initiatives to support business growth.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated history of managing inventory for regional distribution, working with department managers for local inventory at the branch. Ability to contribute to process improvement regarding parts processes.
