Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to loss prevention will help maintain the integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to observe and record activity across key areas of the property
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Perform inspections to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry, supporting loss prevention efforts
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks in accordance with company policies




- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for all personnel

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV technology and monitoring procedures
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for deterring theft and vandalism
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security threats quickly
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts in various environmental conditions

We are looking for a full-time evening guard who can work 40hrs a week.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
