As a Security Guard with DiFranco, you will play a vital role in keeping people and property safe, while providing clients with peace of mind. We value professionalism, reliability, and respect, and we are looking for team members who share these values.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Current First Aid / CPR Certification
- 2+ years of security experience
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation (driver’s license and vehicle considered an asset)
Responsibilities
- Complete daily logs, incident reports, and timesheets
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols
- Respond to incidents professionally and promptly
- Manage access control at client sites
- Maintain positive interactions with residents, visitors, and staff
- Protect confidential client information
Preferred Assets
- Experience working in a shelter workplace
- Current Use of Force Certification
