We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Part time/Casual Security Guards to help maintain a protected and secure environment for our clients, employees, and the public. This role requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients and patrons
- Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches, and note any concerns
- Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and skilled manner
- De-escalate crisis situations, provide support and liaise with emergency personnel including police, fire and paramedic resources
- Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
- Write transparent and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability and day to day reports
- Provide first aid and medical response when required to any person(s)

Qualifications

- Valid BC Security License
- Valid Basic First Aid is an asset
- BC Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (site-dependent)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure




- Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Previous security or customer service experience
- Experience with patrols, access control, and CCTV systems

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid BC Security Licence

Valid Class 5 License
