Defined Contribution

Pension plan Vacation Respond to emergency calls, Provide Security dispatch services on a backup emergency basis.

Enforces

University policies and Provincial Laws governing the Protection of Property Act. Provide training for new security personnel and contract officers. Work collaboratively with other Facilities Management employees to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of services.

High School

Graduation. Certificate from a Recognized Canadian Security Program or acceptable combination of training, education and/or experience.



Two years' experience in security. Working knowledge of computers.

Ability to interact with customers in a positive working relationship. Ability to work alone and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to perform duties in a safe manner, following health and safety legislation and all required safe work practices and procedures, in order to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.

Ability and willingness to successfully complete Advanced Medical First Responder (AMFR) training (provided by the employer).
