Security Supervisor Overtime Eligibility: Over time is Averaging Agreement after 88 Hours Internal Posting Date: September 14, 2026 Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training. Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site-specific security policies and procedures Plans and implements shift work schedules Ensures all Security Guards have received the mandatory training. Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office Performs security audits Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints Provide proactive and reactive security patrols Communicates any concerns/issues with Client Service Manager Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider Proof of double Covid Vaccination Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2)



Must be willing to complete N95 Mask fit testing during the training At least one year of healthcare security supervisor/team lead experience would be preferred Post Secondary education in a law enforcement/security program from a recognized college would be an asset Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability Security License Reimbursement Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Days Work today, get paid today - daily pay available Paladin Security: We believe in promoting from within, respecting people and their differences, providing high quality service and always having fun!
