Specialist Security

Advisor – Identity and Access Management (IAM) . In this role, you will act as PSI’s go-to IAM subject-matter expert (strategy and implementation), with responsibility for defining, evolving, and ensuring consistency of IAM practices in a multi-client environment. Evaluate various technologies related to user account, privilege, service, and identity management, taking into account the organization’s specific requirements.

Optimize the RBAC/ABAC attribute model in an IT and security managed services context to meet internal needs and those of Partner Solutions’ clients ( IAM at scale ).



Implement and automate processes to strengthen identity management capabilities and improve the security posture of a multi-client environment. Apply continuous improvement principles to IAM practices and associated processes, leveraging data-driven insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, and/or a specialization in Cybersecurity. At least eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security. Programming experience with Power BI is an asset.

Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning, and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills. SC-300, CISM, or CISSP certification is an asset.
