We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business in Canada and the United States.

- Title: Senior Account Executive
- Location: Remote (Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia or Recent Brunswick, Canada)
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years as an individual contributor
- OTE: CAD $300K to $400K based on experience (50/50 base to variable) + equity
- Industry: Healthcare Software

The Role Join MyC, the company building the operating system for corporate medical centers. Every organization faces health incidents, and MyC helps them control and reduce the impact. The AI-powered platform helps organizations manage health risks and their on-site medical teams, and it turns health data into insights that improve business performance. As a Senior Account Executive reporting to the COO, you will lead new business initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business (100% new logo acquisition)
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies: Inbound 30%, Outbound 70%
- Target SMB (50%) and Mid-Market (50%) clients
- Sell to industries such as: Mining, Healthcare, Oil & Gas,



Energy Production
- Engage doctors and IT directors across Canada and the United States
- Travel about 20% of the year

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience closing new business as an individual contributor in software sales
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mindset
- Experience selling to clinical and technical buyers, such as doctors and IT directors
- Exposure to Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy or Healthcare is a strong asset
- Fluent in English
