Senior Accountant- Growth To Controller (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a driven Senior Accountant to join their team. Primarily focused on project accounting, cost analysis, and month-end reporting, the role plays a key part in supporting financial operations and project performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with experience in construction or project-based environments who enjoys partnering with operational leaders and is naturally curious about the processes and drivers behind financial results.

Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations Manage project setup and project cost tracking Perform project costing, cost reporting, and variance analysis Complete monthly inventory costing and inventory reconciliations Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor collections activity Perform accounts payable, credit card,
