Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator with solid accounting knowledge to join our agile team. You will play a key part in assisting the President in maintaining efficient office processes, supporting financial transactions, and managing inventory flows .

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization to support operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare detailed reports on account balances, discrepancies, and financial trends to assist management decision-making.
- Supprt detailed inventory analysis




- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses against budgets and preparing relevant reports.

Requirements

- Proven experience in administration combined with strong accounting knowledge. Customized in-house software is used.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis.
- Highly detail oriented. problem solver.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and external vendors clearly and professionally.
