We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that improve warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business problems into scalable AI products using predictive analytics, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and optimization techniques. Design and deploy production AI/ML solutions using Python. Develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent AI applications.

Build APIs and AI services using FastAPI (or similar). Implement MLOps best practices, including model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment. Develop scalable AI pipelines using vector databases and modern retrieval techniques.

Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics,



Physics, or a related field. ~5-7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience using Python. ~ Experience building production AI solutions, including predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI. ~ Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch ~ LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI ~ Vector databases (PostgreSQL/pgvector preferred) ~ MLOps, model monitoring, and evaluation ~ Docker and API-based deployments Knowledge of optimization techniques and Operations Research.
